Nancy Demers is head of the litigation group in Québec City and is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.
Her practice is focused on construction law. She represents and counsels numerous institutional clients, contractors and suppliers in all aspects related to construction law.
She is also a training instructor for the Formation permanente du Barreau du Québec in construction law.
She is a member of various professional associations, including the Association des entrepreneurs de routes et de grands travaux, the Association de la construction du Québec and the Association des gestionnaires de parcs immobiliers en milieu institutionnel.
Ms. Demers is the author of Précis du droit de la construction, published in 2000 by Éditions Yvon Blais inc.
Ms. Demers received her LLB in 1992 and her LLM in 1997 from Université Laval. She was called to the Québec in 1993.
