Markus Liik is an associate in the Business Law group at Fasken Martineau's Toronto Office. Markus is developing a broad corporate-commercial practice with a focus on securities matters and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Fasken Martineau, Markus worked at a prominent international law firm in Toronto. During his articles, Markus seconded to the public company group at the Royal Bank of Canada.
Markus is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to earning his law degree, Markus graduated with an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and completed internships at a private equity advisory firm as well as a mid-sized Toronto investment bank.
