Jeremy is an Associate in the firm’s Business Law section. His practice includes a diverse range of corporate/commercial matters, with a focus on securities as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Jeremy graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. While attending Osgoode, he volunteered with the Osgoode Business Clinic, the Osgoode Intellectual Property Clinic, and Pro Bono Students Canada. Jeremy was the recipient of the Howard S. Black '83, '01 (LLM) Prize. Prior to earning his law degree, Jeremy graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering (Mechanical) from Queen's University.
Prior to joining Fasken Martineau, Jeremy worked at a prominent national law firm in Toronto.
