He is often called upon to advise senior executives from the manufacturing sector, car dealers and members of associations related to the automotive and construction industries. Guy has extensive experience in extraordinary remedies such as injunctions, seizures, search warrants, as well as in litigation concerning manufacturers and car dealers. In labour law, he gives legal advice on all matters concerning employment, more specifically on collective agreements, contracts of employment, labour standards and termination and severance arrangements.
